Matt was engaged by our start up QSR concept, project name ‘Carve’, to devise a menu, present this for testing on three occasions and to then work on the practical delivery of the menu with production split between an offsite CPU and in store facilities. Matt was easy to deal with, understood the brief completely and delivered immaculately on all aspects of the project.

Nothing seems to phase Matt and he is adaptable and flexible to the needs of his clients and specific projects.

I am looking forward to continuing this working relationship with Matt for both Carve and other FnB projects in the future.

I have worked with Matt on several projects including a complete refurb and relaunch of our View bar and kitchen. Matt helped us with the menu, design and recruitment.

After contacting Matt, he joined us at a particularly difficult time for the club operation. Having lost our head chef of some 30 years and his sous chef of 25 years, our young kitchen brigade was in need of leadership and direction while a permanent Head Chef could be recruited.
